Exciting days of long, creative exploration.

This weekend looks to be an incredible and fun challenge. A little storyboarding, script writing, editing and some visual effects to top it all off. The opportunities are endless lately! And the people I get to collaborate with are the raddest people around! And I think that even though it's kind of fun that three exclaimed sentences in a row is a bit much, despite my attempts to clunkify and calm things down! Anyway... it'll be a fun weekend.

A day at regular pace.

Which is especially nice since it was mostly a day of planning for tomorrow's work. I think it will be a solid, challenging shoot. I have gotten a decent amount of practice but I have not exactly worked with too many people who will be reading teleprompter. It should be an interesting experience at the least.

Working hard all day long.

This time it was mostly physical work and I quite enjoyed it! I just enjoy physical labor so much more when it is contrasted by all the editing/desk work I do these days. It feels like I could even get in shape if I tried hard enough. Ha.

More of the business!

Though, it's all non-paying business that I am referring to at the moment. There are two really sweet projects on our plate right now and I think we can definitely turn out some fantastic little pieces of work if we are able to commit enough creative energy to them both... on top of all the regular work stuff we are doing... which is quite a bit of doing, at the moment! There is nowhere near enough hours in the day... why am I still awake!? Ha.

Holy superbusy!

Looking at my calendar for the next few weeks or so is a somewhat daunting endeavor in an of itself. There is pretty much zero empty space. Crazy. I mean, I guess it's possible that this is not a new thing just about at all... but we've laid it out on a physical calendar recently and it looks somewhat stupendous if you ask me. Exciting and challenging and all kinds of doing things goin' on!

The national debut of my camera work.

I have had a good crop of my b-roll make it to air prior to today but the episode that played today was the first time I had primary camera work hit the waves. I think I did well enough to basically look invisible by comparison to the other shooter... which is a good thing. I could have done better but I think I did well enough. I am grateful for the experience and look forward to the next one!

The ever-productive week.

And combined with the ever-beautiful weather, this made for an ever-awesome experience all around! We have been so busy for the last month that time has definitely compressed a tremendous amount as well. It seriously feels like at least a month since we got going with the Renton Chamber of Commerce... but it has barely been three weeks. Crazy. And there's so much more to come! Delightfully exciting!(and incredibly cheesy. ha.)
