Hard working basketball days are definitely a challenge which extends long into the following day or two. I am still in a certain amount of pain from yesterday's delightful exertions but it should provide fruitful for future fun and games.
Plus, it is still a great deal of exhaustion which will carry me nicely into a reasonably blissful state of slumber. This is good times, I declare.

That's certainly a strange sort of soreness you feel after a good excercise. I remember once I had Weight Training, Circuit Training and Fencing back to back.
The first week I literally could not unbend my arms they hurt so bad. Nicole was worried I was pushing myself too hard, but I was fine and, in a weird way, it even felt good. I enjoyed being that sore.
Ya... Ya... Exactly. Plus, fencing is exceptionally cool!
